1. Do you ship outside of Kuwait?

Yes! We deliver across Kuwait and worldwide because great books have no borders.

Important Notice on Restrictions: Due to current payment and regulatory restrictions, we cannot accept orders or process payments from cardholders, nor can we ship to, the following countries and territories:

  • Middle East & Levant: Iraq, Jordan, Palestinian Territories, Syria, Yemen, Iran.
  • Asia & Far East: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam.
  • Europe: Belarus, Czech Republic, Poland, Russia.
  • South America: Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela.
  • Africa & Islands: Seychelles.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that all international orders shipped outside of Kuwait may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All displayed shipping fees strictly exclude VAT and customs charges. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is solely responsible for clearing these charges to receive the package.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process your order on the same day payment is confirmed (except on Fridays). Delivery times depend entirely on your destination:

  • Within Kuwait: 24 – 48 hours.
  • GCC Countries: 3 – 5 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 7 – 10 business days.

We will automatically send your shipping details and tracking number to the email address used during checkout.

3. What are the shipping fees?

  • Within Kuwait: A flat delivery fee of 2 KWD applies to all orders.
  • Outside Kuwait: Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your package.
